Who are Wilde Mode?

Wilde Mode started because of Deborah’s (the founder's) struggles to find clothing that suited her, and her children's needs... the need to be comfortable, free from itchy seams or scratchy labels, and most importantly to not cause another sensory overload! Deborah started making clothing for herself and her two (also ASD) boys because of their sensory issues. She understands the need to have clothing that doesn’t dig in, doesn’t cause pain and is comfortable to wear all day long.
The collaboration between Wilde Mode and Katie Abey was a no-brainer as we both adore rainbows and aim to empower people to embrace their differences.

Who is Katie Abey?

Katie Abey is a creative human committed to the idea that she might just be able to make a positive difference to the world by drawing perturbed animals and lots of rainbows for a living. She used to view her deeply sensitive traits as a flaw but has now harnessed those characteristics into the superpower they are!
She now transmutes all of the feelings into all of the art.
