In 2018 Katie and team created and opened Katie Abey Rainbow Shop in Alfreton, Derbyshire. The shop featured a huge range of Katie's work including special in store exclusives. We closed this to move to our next chapter of our journey and this shop was transformed into our headquarters.
We have recently moved on from our Rainbow Shop and now operate in a brand new Headquarters in Matlock!
This is where we pick and pack and process your orders.
If you have to make a return please ensure the following:
- your order is within our 30 day returns policy
- the item remains unused/unworn with tags attached
Inside your parcel please include a note with your order number, reason for returning and refund or exchange size request. Please note that we can only exchange for a different size of the same item and we cannot swap between products.
